Bringing Airsoft 'Role Play' To Life!
Thinking of joining The Guild?
Acceptance of the Guild's Rules
-RP Game Attendance
Guild members are expected to attend all Role Play events for their entire agreed-upon duration, despite the onset of inclement weather; unless the host (PAF/OPIV) decides to cancel the event.
This means being in attendance for the full duration despite the rain, snow, sun, heat, and cold.
There are exceptions for personal and family emergencies. As well as serious illness, if you are unable to make it.

-Age Restriction (21)
Due to the nature of the Guild's need for commitment and dedication; dependability, and maturity are big factors in considering members for recruitment. We depend on our members to be there for us to fill the roles they have committed to; it ensures that the game can literally function and move forward with structure and fluidity as it is intended.
-NDA
Non-Disclosure Agreement: Members are expected to keep any information that is considered ‘Spoiler’ in context to any current or future game confidential, and amongst Guild members. For the sake of planning, and potentially including your characters into ‘main quest’ lines you may at some point be privy to some compelling information. But it is your duty to ensure “Loose lips, Don’t Sink Ships!” to ensure players get the maximum enjoyment out of our productions!
-Family-Friendly Environment (PG-13)
It’s my goal to try to provide as much of a “Family Friendly” environment as we can to welcome, accommodate, and feed the young minds of the world today! By family-friendly, mostly I feel the content of vulgarity and cursing on our part in spoken word, and any kind of sexually explicit material when and where it can be avoided at all cost; by our Field Role Players. We are all human, so I do ask we try our best, as the young ones are ever so impressionable.
-Personal Responsibilities
You are financially responsible for your character creation, costuming, design, supporting items, and role-play items; as well as character name(s), backstories, and any other information you think may be important.
-Be Kind to one another
Without exception, be kind. Offer a helping hand when able. And practice forgiveness, and patience with one another.
-Respect others
Please do your best, despite our differences of thoughts and opinions to always show respect to one another; despite our differences in thoughts or opinions.
-Be a problem solver!
If there is a problem, ask how if there is a way you can help! Even if there may not be a way you can potentially see yourself helping out. You never know until you ask!
Other Guild information
-Airsoft Roleplay (RP) Events
The Role Players Guild was formed to operate on the field during live games and events of airsoft gameplay, while airsoft replicas are being used. This means that while on the field of play, and in the role/character field approved Eye Protection must be worn at ALL TIMES, without exception.
This means that players and other Field Roleplayers potentially might be using airsoft replicas, and other airsoft pyrotechnics while playing the game during its duration.
